Purpose
SachetsCo opposes forced labour, human trafficking, child labour and other exploitation. This Supplier Ethics Policy sets the standards we expect when selecting and working with suppliers and service providers.
Supplier expectations
Suppliers are expected to comply with applicable employment, workplace safety and human-rights laws; avoid forced, bonded and child labour; provide lawful working conditions; and communicate material ethical-sourcing concerns that could affect supplied goods or services.
Risk-based review
SachetsCo may request relevant supplier information or supporting documents where the product, country, category or supply arrangement indicates a higher risk. The extent of review depends on the project and available evidence.
Concerns and response
Concerns can be reported to info@sachetsco.com. SachetsCo will consider credible information and determine a proportionate response, which may include requesting clarification, corrective action or an alternative supplier.
About this policy
This is a voluntary supplier ethics policy. It is not represented as a mandatory modern slavery statement filed under the Australian Modern Slavery Act. We may update it as our business and supply arrangements develop.
