SachetsCo fills sports nutrition, nutraceutical and wellness products into convenient sachet formats from our Sydney facility. We offer powder sachet filling from 1 g to 60 g and selected liquid sachet filling from 1 ml to 60 ml, subject to product compatibility and project requirements. Quality controls and documentation are defined for the approved project and responsible production pathway.

Powder suitability depends on flow, density, packaging and project requirements. Free-flowing powders are generally well suited; sticky, hygroscopic or very fine powders may require additional assessment.
Sachet formats
Stick packs are well suited to drink powders and single-serve supplements. Flat sachets suit larger powder portions. Twin packs and perforated strips work well for multi-day supplement packs or promotional sampling. Format suitability depends on fill size, product flow, artwork, film and sealing requirements.
